Reading

There are seven centres or chakras in the body to receive and send energy. There is 100% energy available to each chakra. One does not limit another.

Pineal Gland – Self-Acceptance

The Pineal Gland is situated at the top of the spinal column. It is associated with accepting impressions of self and others. These impressions come from the universe and the world around you. Its color is red.

Each has a balanced and out-of-balanced state of consciousness. For example, one out-of-balance state would be: “I am not good enough so I hold myself back.”

On the other hand, a balanced state would be: “I feel comfortable with myself so I give and receive equally.”

Coccyx – Inner Desires

The Coccyx is located at the base of the spinal column. It is associated with spiritual and material goals. Goals in alignment with your thrust lead to greater fulfillment. This deals with your wants. Its color is orange.

An out-of-balance coccyx state would be a feeling of not having enough or wanting to impress others.

A balance state would be setting practical goals and being willing to act in alignment with your purpose.

Reproductive Glands – Creativity

The Reproductive Glands are located – can you guess where? They are associated with creativity in all forms, for example, inventions, art and procreation. This deals with your needs.

An out-of-balance state would be not feeling important enough or putting others ahead of self.

A balanced state would be simply enjoying life and finding new ways to express your creativity. Its color is yellow.

Solar Plexus – Discernment

The solar Plexus is located just behind the navel. It is associated with identifying the source of any impressions as well as staying detached from any outside influence.

An out-of-balanced state would be feeling suspicious and/or feeling on guard.

A balanced state would be a feeling of oneness with everyone – live and let live – and excited involvement. Its color is blue.

Heart- Love

The Heart is located in the center of the chest. It is associated with not only love and involvement but also the desire to be of service.

An out-of-balance state would be doubting self and holding back for fear of being judged.

A balanced state would be wholehearted enthusiasm and the self-discipline to go step by step. Its color is green.

Thyroid – Charisma

The Thyroid Gland is located in the throat. It is associated with expression and sharing comfortably and forming relationships.

An out-of-balance state would be fear of speaking up because of the fear of being misunderstood.

A balanced state would be feeling totally comfortable to share thoughts and feelings with others. Its color is purple.

Pituitary – Giving

The Pituitary Gland is located in the middle of the brain above the ears and behind the center of the forehead. It is associated with outflow and the willingness to give. Its color is white.

An out-of-balance state would be holding back or lack of confidence to share with people.

A balanced state would be a willingness to share with others and be of service.
